"Simple Chicken Noodle Soup - from Scratch"

Just wanted to share with you how to make healthy Chicken Noodle Soup, from scratch.  Everyone has their own way of doing it, so I definitely have mine own too!

Step-by-Step Instructions:

Step 1.
What I do is: I take a piece of chicken, I cut the chicken up into the medium cubes and then I put it into the medium pan with water until chicken starts to boil.

Step 2.
Then, I put the chicken into a strainer and wash it, but be really careful because it's very hot.  I put new water into the pan and then I put chicken back into the water.

Step 3.
After the chicken starts to boil for the second time.  I take six small potatoes and cut them into the square cubes too.  I also add 1/2 of cup really fine small egg noodles, which you can see in the Step 1 picture.

Step 4.
I peel half of carrot and shred it on the small shredder (just because I really love all of my stuff cut and shredded really, really fine). Then, I cut half of onion really fine once again (you can use red or white onion).  After that, I cut little bit of parsley and little bit of dill.  Put all of that into the pan.  (Some people like to fry the onion and carrot before they put it into the pan, but I don't because that way it makes it more Healthy when it's not fried)...
Just like it shown in the picture:

Step 5.
This is what I use for the spices.  Add as much spices that you would like for your own taste.  You can add spices at the end, but still let the soup boil for a bit so you can taste it after that.

After soup has been boiling for about 15 minutes you can taste it and turn it off, because it's done.  All together it takes about 45 minutes to an hour to make the soup.

So, let's taste it!!!

Chicken Noodle Soup is ready to eat:
