Russian Fried Potatoes

Step 1.
You will need potatoes, oil, garlic (for the garlic lovers like me) shredded bacon, salt & pepper. Peal the potatoes, put them in bowl of water so they don't get dark by the time you cut all of them. Just like that:
Step 2.
This is how I like to cut my potatoes (Above picture). I cut them in half then one more time in half and then cut them to pieces. I didn't had any bacon so I just put salt, pepper and garlic and of course oil.
Step 3.
Keep turning the potatoes until they are golden brown.
Just like in the picture(Above), then enjoy your dinner!!! I had mine with some zucchini noodles, sausage, marinaded tomatoes and buttermilk. Very, very simple Russian dinner:))

For Dinner today I made something very different and very popular for the Russian community. My kids just love to eat some homemade fried potatoes. It's very, very easy and simple to make, but it has a very, very great taste to it!!!
