Homemade Enchiladas

How to make 
"Homemade Enchiladas" 
with Salsa Verde!!!


Step-by-Step Instructions:

Ingredients:
Chicken breasts - 2 cups
Corn tortillas - 1 package
Cheddar cheese or Monterey jack cheese
Sour Cream - 1 cup
Salsa Verde - one 16 oz jar or Enchilada sauce one 14 oz jar

Step 1.
First you need to buy some Tortillas, I buy the corn Tortillas and they look like this...


Step 2.
Put some Salsa Verde in the pan that you will use to bake your enchiladas.

Step 3.
Mix cooked chicken with little bit of parsley and dill.  Then add some cheese I used cheddar cheese, you can you use any kind of cheese that you would like.  Also, then add some sour cream and smudge of salt and pepper, just like it shown on the pictures.






Step 4.
Mix all of the ingridients and place it on the tortilla, just like that, also roll the tortilla and put it in the dish:


Step 5.
Place everything in the glass dish or you can use any other dish that you would like, but it should be the one that you can use it in the oven.  Place Salsa Verde, Sour Cream and some more Cheese on the top of the Enchiladas, just like this:



Step 6.
Cover the dish with Foil and place it in the oven for 40 minutes on 385 degrees.  Then, take the foil off and let Enchiladas get a little brown on the top or just turn on the broil for another 5 minutes.
